Terms and Conditions of True Aeon’s Affiliate Program


Welcome to the True Aeon Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before participating in our program.


Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

  • You must have a minimum of 3,000 Followers

  • Your content and brand should align with our values in health, wellness, and fitness.

  • We reserve the right to decline applications or terminate participation at our discretion.


Commission Structure

  • 20% commission per sale on Direct Sales.

  • 15% recurring commission on Subscription Sales.

  • Commissions are calculated based on the total sale value (excluding taxes and shipping).

  • Accumulate commissions during the first 60 days. First payment after the probationary period, then monthly.

  • Payouts will be made via PayPal.

  • Consideration for higher commissions: 25% commission once the affiliate reaches $10,000+ in sales within 30 days.


Cookie Duration

  • The cookie tracking period is 30 days. This means if a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will earn a commission.

  • If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the commission is awarded to the last-clicked affiliate.


Payment Terms

  • Accumulate commissions during the first 60 days. First payment after the probationary period, then monthly.

  • Payouts will be made via PayPal.

  • Payments will be processed 60 days after the sale to account for potential returns or refunds.

  • Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their earnings.


Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates may promote True Aeon through personal websites, social media, blogs, email lists, and other approved channels.

  • Paid ads (e.g., Facebook, Google, or PPC ads) must not directly compete with our own advertising campaigns.

  • Affiliates must not use misleading claims, spam tactics, or unauthorized discount codes.

  • All promotional content must comply with FTC guidelines and include a disclosure (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission from purchases made through my link”).

  • Affiliates automatically give us consent to use their material/s for the promotion of AEON ONE™

  • Affiliates must encourage followers to follow True Aeon SM Account

  • Affiliates must have a clear Call-to-Action (CTA) – Encouraging followers to click the affiliate link or use their discount code.

  • Affiliates must have a consistent Branding & Messaging – Align content with True Aeon's brand voice and mission.

  • Affiliates should engage with their audience by answering questions about the product in comments and DMs.


Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

❌ Misrepresent True Aeon, its products, or make false claims.

❌ Use coupon/discount sites to promote their affiliate links.

❌ Engage in fraudulent, unethical, or misleading marketing tactics.

❌ Use our brand name in domain names or social media handles.

❌ Offer cashback, incentives, or third-party discounts without approval.


Violating these terms may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

 

Product Samples

  • Affiliates will receive one free AEON ONE 7-day trial pack to test and promote.

  • Additional samples may be provided based on performance and partnership level.


Returns & Cancellations

  • Commission is only paid on completed purchases.

  • If a customer returns or cancels their order, the commission will be voided or deducted from the next payout.

  • Subscription commissions are only earned after 60 days of active subscription.


Program Modifications & Termination

  • True Aeon reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

  • Affiliates will be notified of any major changes via email.

  • If the program is terminated, pending commissions will be paid out as scheduled, provided they meet the payout requirements.


Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing up and participating in the True Aeon Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
