Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at hello@trueaeon.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging along with the return form provided, and mail your return to:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7 days from receipt of the item for the return or exchange to be processed.
